Molly has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She began taking classes at Water Street Dance Company in 8th grade and was a member of their senior competitive team for 2 years. In high school, she was also on the Morton High School Varsity Dance Team for 4 years and captain her senior year. Through this team, she discovered her love of hip-hop dance and choreographing hip-hop routines.

Molly then went to college at Illinois State University to become a teacher and continue dancing with the Redline Express Dance Team. This team performed at all home ISU football and basketball games. Molly now teaches 7th grade English in Morton in addition to teaching at the studio.
