Abbey is the Assistant Competition Director at Stryve Studios. Abbey began dancing at the age of 3 and started competing at the age of 5. She competed all the way through her senior year of high school. Abbey also danced for Pekin Community High School all 4 years and was captain junior and senior year.

After high school, she danced for the University of Wisconsin-Madison dance team for 4 years. The team placed top 10 in the nation at Nationals each year. Abbey has been teaching and choreographing for Water Street since high school. Abbey and her husband, Josh, reside in Pekin with their daughter, Lucy.

Abbey really enjoys working with dancers of all ages perfecting their technical skills. She takes pride in finding moments to give each dancer individual feedback and it is her goal to not only make her dancers technically better, but to bring fun and positivity to class!
